The camp is intended for new and experienced practitioners. No prior knowledge is required to participate.

Wudang Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art based on Yin and Yang principles. Parts that are trained at the camp are:

• Advanced short form

Weapon forms

• Sabre forms
• Spear forms
• Sword forms

• Tui Shou
• Nei Kung
